Add each staff member who bills at the counter. When at least one biller exists, the billing screen will ask staff to log in with a name + PIN, and every bill is tagged with who made it. Leave this empty to keep billing open with no login.

⚠ If bills aren't crossing over between systems even though both say "Synced": this Shop ID must be character-for-character identical on every system. Read it out loud and compare with the other counter.
Click Add project, give it any name (e.g. your shop name), keep clicking Continue/Create.
Once inside the project, click Build → Firestore Database → Create database. Choose "Start in test mode" and pick the nearest region.
Click the ⚙ gear icon → Project settings, scroll to "Your apps", click the </> (Web) icon, give it any nickname, click Register app.
Firebase will show a code block with values like apiKey, projectId, etc. Copy each value into the matching box below.

Shop ID
Type the exact same word on every system you want synced together (e.g. sastastore). Different shops must use different Shop IDs.
Repeat steps 5–6 on every other system, pasting the same values and the same Shop ID. Each system still works fine with no internet — it just syncs whenever it's online.
Fix missing bills / stuck sync
Step 1 — press "Check sync health" on both systems to see actual numbers, not just "Synced". Step 2 — on whichever system is missing bills, press Force full resync.
Product master data — full catalog
Search by name, code, or barcode. Shows title, unit, sale price, MRP, cost, and current stock for every product.
Uploading matches rows to products by Barcode — unmatched barcodes are added as new products. Price, MRP, Cost, Title & Stock are updated; Slab Price is export-only and won't be imported.
