Return & Refund Policy

Easy Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Packaging is tampered at the time of delivery

Note: An unboxing video may be required for verification.

Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product is opened or used
• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor natural variations in color, size, or texture

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
