Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Repeated order refusals may lead to COD restriction

Payment Failure

• If payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be refunded by the payment provider within 5–7 business days
• Please contact your bank if delays occur

Fraud Prevention

• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
