  2. Chana Dal Cheela: Soak Chana Dal 2–3 hrs → Blend coarsely → Add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, ajwain → Spread on hot tawa → Cook crispy both sides → High protein breakfast.
  3. Dosa / Idli Batter (Urad White): Soak Urad White 6 hrs + rice separately → Blend both fine separately → Mix → Rest 8–10 hrs to ferment → Use for dosa on tawa or steam for idli.
  4. Ragda (White Peas): Soak White Peas 8 hrs → Pressure cook 4–5 whistles with salt & turmeric → Season with cumin, coriander, amchur → Use as base for Ragda Pattis or Mumbai Chaat.

  2. Pressure cook drained peas with 3x water, turmeric, salt — 4–5 whistles until soft.
