  2. Add to a pressure cooker with water in a 1:3 ratio, a pinch of turmeric and salt.
  3. Pressure cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes (about 3 whistles) until completely soft.
  4. Let pressure release naturally, mash lightly, and finish with a tadka of ghee, cumin and garlic.
